We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to drive engagement and success for our mid-size customer segment, focusing on Marketing Agencies and Small Businesses. In this role, you’ll implement a scalable one-to-many customer success strategy, using customer behavior data, lifecycle stages, and risk scoring to proactively manage retention, churn, and expansion efforts. You’ll also spearhead value-add initiatives such as webinars, workshops, industry trend updates, and product announcements to keep clients informed and engaged.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure SE Ranking’s SEO solutions deliver ongoing value to Marketing Agencies and Small Businesses, meeting Retention, Churn, and Expansion targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging data insights and behavior trends to tailor interactions.
- Develop and execute a scalable customer engagement strategy, including lifecycle-based interventions and risk-based actions to enhance retention.
- Design and conduct webinars, workshops, and share industry trends and product updates to provide continuous value to customers.
- Collaborate with clients to create custom success plans that align with their business goals and promote software adoption.
- Onboard and support new customers, providing seamless implementation guidance.
- Proactively monitor and analyze customer usage data, identifying key trends, risks, and upsell opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, ensuring smooth internal coordination with technical and sales teams.
- Drive renewals and expansion by partnering with the sales team on upsell strategies.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and contribute to the roadmap.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS or digital marketing.
- Experience in developing scalable customer success programs for mid-sized customers.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a focus on data-driven customer management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Jira), Power BI, and data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
