SE Ranking is the company standing behind this powerful and intuitive SEO platform, which has been trusted by over a million businesses, agencies, and SEO professionals since 2013 and we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Senior Product Manager (Platform) , who is excited to take on new challenges.
Apply for position

SE Ranking, an all-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Platform) to own the shared foundations that connect all SE Ranking products. Do you get excited about making multiple products feel like one seamless experience through smart billing, user management, and authorization? Then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

You will report directly to Mike Korenugin and own the connective tissue across SE Ranking, SE Visible, Planable, Data Product, and future products, making them feel like one coherent ecosystem for our customers. You’ll be the person who connects the dots between individual product teams and the shared platform underneath.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll partner closely with your core squad – Alexei Yanochkin (Senior Software Engineer (Backend)), Tomasz Chyc (Software Engineer (Frontend)), Yuli Varzar Vasylenko (Engineering Manager), and Vadym Dziuman (Head of Design) – to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver them iteratively across Billing, User Management, and potentially Reporting.

You will also collaborate with other Product Managers across SEO and SMM solutions, as well as Legal and Finance, to ensure that platform solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with the company’s commercial model.

On the leadership side, you’ll work with Executives, especially Xenia Muntean (COO), to align on direction, surface trade‑offs, and unblock org-level dependencies that impact platform work.

Finally, you’ll partner with Customer Success and Support to plan and execute smooth transitions to new systems, minimizing customer friction and making sure internal teams are fully prepared for the changes.

Initial Focus Areas:

  • Explore the platform landscape: analyze who are the customers of SE Ranking, SE Visible, Planable, and Data Product and how they would use these products together, identify the main friction points in billing and access, and define the first scenarios where a unified platform brings the most value.
  • Shape the billing unification plan: clarify what we need to start selling multiple products in a single flow, prioritize the first changes with Engineering and Design, and define the minimal set of capabilities required for a smooth migration between billing providers.
  • Design shared user and permission management: map current user models across products, define a unified model for accounts, roles, and permissions, and collaborate with your squad to turn it into an implementation plan.
  • Align stakeholders around the transition: work closely with Legal, Finance, Success, and Support to understand constraints, define rollout stages, and prepare internal teams for the shift to new billing and user management systems.

Long-Term Responsibilities:

  • Turn platform into a growth lever: evolve and scale billing, user management, and authorization so they can support new products, packaging experiments, and more complex customer setups over time.
  • Unlock cross-product value: identify and prioritize cross-product features that make it easier for customers to buy, manage, and use multiple SE Ranking products as one cohesive solution.
  • Empower other teams: continuously improve internal tooling, APIs, and workflows so other product teams can easily plug into and build on top of shared platform components.
  • Run the platform like a product: monitor performance, reliability, and business impact of your platform solutions, define clear metrics, and iterate based on data and feedback from both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Be a strategic partner: work closely with executives, especially the COO, to surface trade-offs, unblock org-level dependencies, and support company-wide strategic initiatives that rely on platform capabilities.

We are destined to be if you have:

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally with platform or multi-product scope.
  • Hands-on experience with Stripe and building or evolving billing solutions (plans, subscriptions, invoicing, taxes, revenue flows).
  • A strong track record of creating flexible user and permission management systems (roles, access levels, multi-tenant setups).
  • Experience reworking or unifying billing systems, including migrations between providers.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence without formal authority.
  • A structured, systems-thinking mindset and comfort working closely with engineers and designers.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and a data-informed approach to decision-making.

What we offer:

  • 22 days of paid time off, plus your local national holidays
  • Flexible work hours and a culture that trusts you to manage your time
  • Private medical insurance or a medical allowance (depending on your location)
  • Extended paid sick leave so you can fully recover without worry
  • Career map with growth opportunities
  • Support for wellbeing and L&D
  • Best hardware for your work (team Apple)
  • An award-winning product loved by thousands of customers worldwide
  • A transparent, flexible culture with people at the core of everything we do
  • Events that are actually fun
