I can't thank the team at Falcon Digital enough! I contacted Charlie as I wanted to make a few tweaks to our website, and we had also been having some severe technical issues making the website go down. I also added that we were getting next to no enquiries when we usually would have many. Within minutes he fixed the problem and advised he would run a report on the website. The previous developer lost most of the back end, and website traffic had gone from over 1000 visitors a month to almost 0 within six months. He also found a contact form had not been set up correctly, and over the previous six months, we had over 50 enquiries that we had no idea about. The website had hundreds of backlinks that didn't work, and the website speed was awful. We now have an SEO action plan, and everything is working as it should be. Website speeds are fast and we have already had a huge enquiry to which we were able to reply instantly, which I am sure is due to the work of Falcon digital. We are only a few weeks in; I can't wait to see where we get to in the next few months! Thank you Charlie and the team.
