Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary research with SE Ranking customers and prospects to identify customer needs and generate market insights.
- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer needs are reflected in the way the product roadmap is prioritized, packaged, priced, and communicated.
- Review current pricing and packaging strategies to identify areas for improvement. Develop and test new pricing models and packages aimed at maximizing revenue.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns to encourage customers to purchase add-ons. Analyze the effectiveness of these campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer churn data and implement strategies based on findings to reduce churn and improve customer retention.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Advanced English level
- Experience working with global, distributed teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who can accomplish projects with the minimal need for supervision
- Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results driven
