Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems -HubSpot, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and recommend improvements.
- Support sales training programs and onboarding of new team members.
- Monitor and manage sales compensation plans, commission structures, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with reporting data for OKRs and Board meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and reporting
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools
