SE Ranking is looking for the first Product Designer hire in the new Growth team. This role will shape how users discover, onboard, and adopt our platform into their workflows.

Our product is complex and powerful but doesn’t have to feel confusing. We want to work on creating positive and clear experiences that guide users to value, turning in-depth SEO capabilities into clear, actionable workflows that feel good. Working with PM and growth engineers, you’ll have the data, tools, and creative freedom to build these experiences. 

Initial Focus Areas:

  • Design onboarding experience to users succeed in their first session. From signup through their first wins with the product — these first minutes matter, and we want to invest a lot in getting them right.
  • Design experiments to improve user activation. We’ll test ideas quickly, learn from results, and build on what works.
  • Create UX patterns that make complex SEO workflows feel natural. We want to give users the confidence to explore without getting lost in options.

Long-Term Vision:

  • Shape the complete monetization journey — from trial conversion through expansion and reactivation. We want this to feel like a natural next step, not just a transaction.
  • Build ways to introduce advanced features when users are ready for them.
  • Create growth design principles we can use to move fast and maintain quality.

We are destined to be if you have:*

  • Built products that start simple but show their value over time.
  • Strong understanding of how design choices affect user behavior.
  • Skills in Figma and the ability to explain your design decisions clearly.
  • Experience testing designs, running user research, and learning from results.
  • Track record of meeting both user needs and business goals.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
