As a proactive and detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers by efficiently migrating their data from external systems into SE Ranking. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to manage the end-to-end migration process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery. Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to process improvements and other projects within the Customer Success department.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end data migrations, ensuring timely and accurate transfers.
- Coordinate handoffs from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams for migration projects.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including customers when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper account setup post-migration.
- Document completed migrations, providing clear records for future reference.
- Gather feedback on the migration process and suggest improvements to the Engineering team.
- Contribute to additional Customer Success projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (B2-C2 level).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with customers, particularly in support, success, or relationship management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other office software.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for handling minor technical aspects of data migration.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript or coding for more complex migration tasks.
