Lead the Way:
- Take charge of the digital marketing unit and create a reliable demand generation funnel that keeps the leads flowing.
- You will be responsible for shaping and leading the demand generation strategy, collaborating closely with the executive team to ensure alignment with our company’s goals and growth targets.
Execute and Optimize:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple marketing campaigns, ensuring we hit our pipeline targets and performance OKRs.
- Continuous optimization is key, and you will be at the forefront of experimenting with new marketing channels and tactics to identify what works and what needs improvement. Additionally, you will implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and segmentation, enhancing efficiency and lead quality.
- Consistently test hypotheses across all available channels and tools to stay one step ahead. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will analyze and report marketing campaign results while making data-driven decisions.
- Additionally, you’ll utilize marketing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to report campaign performance, analyze our conversion funnel, and pinpoint what works and what needs optimization.
- Providing regular reports and insights to the executive team on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts is essential to ensure that everyone stays informed and aligned.
- Drive high-quality lead generation through various marketing channels, including inbound marketing, content marketing, and outbound campaigns.
- Building and maintaining a lead scoring system to prioritize leads for our sales teams is crucial. Collaboration with the sales team will ensure that marketing efforts generate leads that are well-qualified and meet sales objectives.
- Furthermore, defining and refining lead handoff processes between marketing and sales teams is an ongoing responsibility.
- Managing paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to target and acquire leads cost-effectively is part of your role.
- Continuously optimizing ad performance based on data and analytics will ensure that our advertising efforts remain efficient and effective.
- Keeping a close eye on competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats and adjusting the demand generation strategy accordingly will help us stay ahead in the industry.
Search Engine Optimization:
- Elevate our online visibility and organic traffic by taking charge of our SEO initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our overall demand generation efforts.
- Take a lead over content strategy to ensure that it aligns seamlessly with demand generation efforts, creating valuable content assets that not only attract and engage prospects but also guide them through the demand generation funnel.
Skills and Expertise:
- You should have 8+ years of performance marketing and demand generation management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns, impacting the business, and achieving growth and ROI targets.
Innovation is Key:
- You should be a master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising systems is essential.
Project and People Skills:
- Strong project and people management skills are crucial.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including web analytics, search engine marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing, website usability, and more, is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential.
- Be skilled in analyzing and reporting marketing campaign results and data visualization to provide actionable insights.
