All-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform SE Ranking is looking for a Growth Product Manager to join its team. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive professional who is excited to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

As our very first Growth Product Manager you will take ownership of Activation and early Retention. Reporting to Mike Korenugin, you will work closely with our newly assembled Growth team: Alexei Yanochkin, Kostiantyn Zhydkovskyi, Denis Kalinin and Valeryia Stetsiuk led by Oleksandr Stybaiev. Your Design partner in crime to create stunning solutions will be our Head of Design Vadym Dziuman.

Initial Focus Areas:

  • Build the funnel: Use our ICP research to segment signups, create a high-level funnel, and develop a metric/opportunity tree for different segments. Introduce additional events to the system if necessary.
  • Post-signup experience strategy: Develop an initial plan to personalize and enhance the post-signup experience. Design 2-5 high-quality experiments with clear impact expectations and user-tested designs.
  • Execute a few experiments: Lead your team in executing and iterating on these experiments to quickly gain insights and pivot if necessary.

Long-Term Responsibilities:

  • Drive Early Retention: Collaborate with our Head of Success & Support, Anna Lebedeva, to co-create and deliver the strategy to improve early retention. For example, explore solutions to migrate data from other tools for better stickiness.
  • Introduce product qualification of leads: Work with our CMO Bogdan Babyak’s Demand Generation team, and VP of Sales & Success Corey Prull’s team of account executives, and leverage Peter Golovatiy’s Data team to help us define and iterate PQL. Decide if we need to invest into better surfacing demo booking opportunities for certain customers.
  • Revisit activation and retention metrics: with the context and knowledge you’ve built, redefine activation and retention for different cohorts of customers. Apply the changes to further adapt the onboarding experience according to the intent of the user.
  • Accelerate Self-Service Revenue: Identify and implement strategies to boost self-service revenue without negatively impacting the Sales-assisted channel.

We are destined to be if you have:*

  • Worked as a Growth PM in B2B SaaS for at least a year, and overall Product Manager experience is three years or more.
  • Built and analyzed funnels and combined the data you see on the chart with user feedback to generate strong hypotheses.
  • Meticulously crafted A/B tests, estimated potential impact and the length of the test, and made the tough calls of removing failed solutions from production.
  • Found ways to test ideas without building for weeks or months.
  • Enhanced existing solutions with the help of your strong UX sense and knowledge of user psychology.
  • Explained complex concepts or your strategies so that your team, fellow PMs, Designers, Senior Leaders, Support, Success, and Sales reps as well as users all understood you easily.
  • Managed stakeholders’s expectations with grace as delivery dates shift and plans change.
  • Embraced constant change of a startup.
