Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of course creation, including collaboration with industry experts, identifying relevant topics, and developing high-quality content.
- Create onboarding courses to increase the activation rate for existing SE Ranking clients.
- Manage updates and improvements to existing courses, ensuring content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Analyze student engagement and performance metrics to optimize the learning funnel at various stages: improving retention, course completion rates, and conversion into clients.
- Coordinate course launches and promotion initiatives, working closely with marketing departments.
Required skills:
- Experience in running educational/online programs (Course Producer, Project Manager or Project Coordinator).
- Advanced English.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with Hubspot/Power BI/Looker Studio will be a plus.
- Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.
- Time-management, ability to handle multi-tasking activities.
- Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions and feedback.
- Strong teamwork, business influence, and project management skills.
- SEO knowledge will be a plus.
