Content use and behavior rules

1. Your use of content
   1. SE Ranking respects the intellectual property rights of our content providers, speakers, instructors and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using SE Ranking Academy.
   2. SE Ranking grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content available within SE Ranking Academy, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes, in accordance with these Rules and Terms of Use. All other uses are expressly prohibited.
   3. Content is licensed, and not sold, to you. This license does not give you any right to resell the content in any manner (including by sharing account information with third parties or downloading the content for sharing it on other sites).
   4. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content available within SE Ranking Academy.
   5. In addition, you undertake not to:
      • Mirror or frame SE Ranking Academy website or any part of it on any other website or webpage
      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SE Ranking Academy website
      • Access SE Ranking Academy website by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us
      • Remove any proprietary notices or labels, including copyright notices, on SE Ranking Academy content
2. Your behaivor
   1. You may not access SE Ranking Academy for unlawful purposes. Your use of SE Ranking Academy and behavior on our platform must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with such laws and regulations that are applicable to you.
   2. You must be at least 16 years old to access SE Ranking Academy.
   3. You agree to use SE Ranking Academy and any content available therein at your sole risk and that SE Ranking shall not have any liability to you for the information that you may access, including information that you may find offensive or objectionable. SE Ranking does not warrant the truth or validity of any content available within SE Ranking Academy.
   4. SE Ranking does not guarantee that files available for download from SE Ranking Academy website will be free of software viruses and other harmful computer code, files or programs.
   5. SE Ranking reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Rules or Terms of Use and (or) repeatedly infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
