We are looking for a cool Talent Acquisition Specialist, in whose caring hands we are ready to give all the tasks related to recruiting.
- Independent management of a full cycle of search and selection of employees.
- Working with hiring managers according to the candidate’s profile.
- Preparation of a description and placement of vacancies on career sites.
- Conducting pre-screening, offline, and online interviews with candidates.
- Supporting candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Providing feedback to candidates.
- Preparation Of Job Offers.
- Experience in IT-recruiting from 2 years;
- Knowledge of modern candidate search technologies;
- Proactivity, independence in decision-making and focus on results;
- The ability to establish contact with any person and build good relationships with potential candidates;
- Be a team player (for now we have 2 people in the department);
- Be a positive person 🙂
It will be a plus:
- Knowledge of any ATS;
- Own database of candidates.
- High level of wages with reference to the dollar;
- The ability to work both in the office and remotely;
