Skills and experience
- Experience in Customer Support, SaaS experience is a benefit.
- Spanish – Advanced level, perfect written and spoken language diverse and firm practical knowledge of conversational Spanish (is a must)
- English – Advanced level
- Other languages are highly appreciated
- Perfect communication skills
- The ability to get on customer’s good side
Will be an advantage
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems, Jira will be a plus
- Sales skills are highly favored
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring great customer experience (channels – online chat, ticket system, mail, phone). Onboarding new customers and hosting live demonstration of the service.
- Collect and prioritize customers’ feedback. Set tasks in JIRA for our developers according to the feedback. Help our team continue delivering new features based on the collected feedback.
